Ahaar is a food and health app made for Indian kitchens and families. It plans your week with the food you actually eat, and gives you four AI coaches to ask anything, any time.

🧑‍🍳 MEET YOUR AI COACHES
🍲 Maya, food coach: balanced Indian plates, protein for vegetarians, portions, healthy swaps, eating out, festivals and reading food labels.
💪 Leo, fitness coach: home workouts with no equipment, correct form, starting from zero, knee- and back-friendly options. He guides your workout out loud and counts every rep with you.
🌿 Nora, gut coach: bloating, acidity, constipation, loose motions, fibre and fermented foods.
🌙 Kai, wellness coach: sleep, stress and calm, with guided slow breathing and a wind-down for bedtime.
Each coach is trained on trusted guidance (ICMR-NIN Dietary Guidelines for Indians, Indian Food Composition Tables, WHO) and gives specific, practical answers in seconds. Save, search and share their answers, just like a chat.

✨ SPARKLE, YOUR ASSISTANT
Tell Sparkle what you ate or what you want, in your own words. It logs food, changes your plan, makes your grocery list, reads a photo of your plate, and keeps your daily tasks in one place: water, morning questions, movement and tummy check.
