Train without touching your phone. Tanda is an interval timer for HIIT, tabata, boxing, and functional training that you control from a distance with hand gestures: raise your arms in front of the camera to pause, resume, or skip a phase, without touching the screen mid-set.

TOUCH-FREE, GESTURE-BASED CONTROL
With the front camera pointed at you, the app recognizes two simple arm gestures to pause/resume your workout and to skip a phase. No need to touch the phone mid-interval.

CAMERA PRIVACY: EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Gesture detection runs entirely on-device (MediaPipe Pose, model bundled with the app). No video, image, or pose-derived data ever leaves your phone: nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, nothing is shared. The camera is only used on the training screen, and only while you're training.

FOUR TRAINING MODES
- Rounds: set the number of rounds, work and rest duration, with a prep countdown and bell — great for boxing and timed circuits.
- Tabata: configurable high-intensity intervals, built for HIIT and short, demanding circuits.
- Combos: shadow boxing with called combinations. During the work phase a combo shows on screen and a voice calls it out. Choose the discipline (boxing, kickboxing, muay thai or Willie bag), the level and the intensity.
- Stopwatch: a plain stopwatch for when you don't need rounds or rest periods.

Save your own setups as presets and the app remembers the last one you used in each mode.

AUDIO THAT KEEPS YOUR PACE
Bells, countdowns, and spoken round announcements so you always know what phase you're in without looking at the screen.

HONEST FREEMIUM
The app is free and fully functional from the first launch, with an ad banner. If you'd rather train ad-free, you can buy "Remove ads" once: a single purchase, forever, no subscriptions. In Pro mode there are no ads and no ad-related network traffic at all, and you train with no internet connection.

BUILT FOR REAL TRAINING
Screen stays awake during your workout, and needs no account or sign-up to use.

Tanda is not a substitute for advice from a coach or a health professional; it's a timing tool for your sessions.
