Peak Zone helps football staff manage training load. It shows every player's load as a band (low, moderate or high) for the next two to three days. Each band comes with the reason behind it, so the staff can explain the decision.

Peak Zone is used by clubs, by invitation. The club creates accounts for its staff and players. There is no public sign-up.

FOR THE STAFF

The whole squad at a glance
Low, moderate or high for the next two to three days. You read a band, not a spreadsheet, and you tap a name to see why.

Every band explains itself
The reasons are in plain words: load against usual, a recent injury, how sure the assessment is. The technical figure sits underneath for the physio.

Top-up sessions
A player who came up short against their position target gets a top-up session sized to the gap.

Return to play
Stage by stage, and each stage is decided by a person.

Bring the export you already have
Import any GPS spreadsheet that names the player, the date, the minutes and the distance. A field the file does not carry is shown as not measured, never set to zero.

Plan the week
Sessions and matches on a calendar, with Match Day marked. Players can be compared side by side.

Reports
The week, the period or one player, ready to print or save as a PDF, in English or Romanian.

FOR THE PLAYERS

Daily check-in
A minute from the player's own phone: how hard the session was, how they slept, how they feel. A player's answers are used only with their agreement, and they can withdraw it at any time in the app.

Their own training
Each player sees their own sessions, matches and test results, and never another player's.

WORKS OFFLINE
On the pitch, with no signal. Work is saved on the phone and sent when there is signal again.

PRIVACY
The club's data stays with the club and is kept in the European Union. There is no advertising and no tracking. No club ever sees another club's data.

Peak Zone is not a medical device. It explains load; it does not diagnose or predict injury. A person always makes the decision.
