ActivGoals is your activity partner, solo or as a team — and it's free. Build plans for every activity — walking, running, treadmill, and bodyweight strength counted by your camera (push-ups, plank) — set daily step goals, and let a group keep everyone going.

Start with the free plan library, pick your level, train solo or with a team, and follow simple sessions that build consistency, without unnecessary complexity.

With ActivGoals, you can:
• build a plan for any activity: walking, running, treadmill or strength (push-ups, plank)
• do strength counted by your camera: your phone does the counting, not you — push-ups and plank today, more exercises on the way
• adapt everything to your level: plans to your effort, strength to your form (for example, knee or easier push-ups up to full reps)
• create a group (team, friends, family) and share one plan — including a push-up challenge
• see everyone's attendance and get notified when a member finishes their session
• follow guided walking, running and treadmill plans, with pacing and target-speed intervals
• track daily step goals via Health Connect
• start a free session whenever you want
• review your progress on a simple visual calendar
• add a catch-up or an extra session when life gets in the way

Strength (push-ups, plank, and more)
Put your phone in front of you and train: your phone does the counting, not you. Push-ups and timed plank holds today, with more bodyweight exercises on the way. Like everywhere in ActivGoals, it meets you at your level: start with knee or easier push-ups, then progress
to full repetitions. Create a plan (sets × reps or a daily total), pick your days, and progress — solo or for your whole team.

As a team (the heart of ActivGoals)
Create a group — your team, your friends, your family — and set a shared plan everyone follows: a push-up challenge, walking, a step goal. Every finished session sends a notification to the group: the momentum keeps everyone going. You see everyone's attendance at a gla
nce, and the creator (coach) follows each member's completions, day by day.

Guided plans & step goals
Skip the blank-page setup: pick a ready-made plan for walking, running, treadmill or daily steps and follow it day by day. Hybrid plans adapt to your level and effort. Track your steps via Health Connect.

Progress you can see
Keep goals visible: rings (steps / sessions / strength), a trend curve, a progress calendar, and for groups a members' attendance grid. Build consistency week after week.

Treadmill mode
Guided treadmill sessions with target-speed intervals and a session view built for repeatable indoor training. Compatible Bluetooth treadmill support (varies by device and protocol).

ActivGoals is simple and repeatable: free, camera-counted strength at your level, guided plans for every activity, and team motivation with coach tracking. Solo or together.
