You already know the first estimate is short. The drip edge is missing, the steep charge is not there, the permit was skipped, and the valley metal covers half of what the roof actually needs. Getting that money back usually means an evening of comparing line items and writing a supplement by hand.

Adjuster Check does that work for you.

Upload the insurance claim estimate PDF and the app reads it line by line. A few minutes later you have a clean, professional counter with the items and quantities the carrier left out, and every added line explains why it belongs there, in language an adjuster will accept.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

Start a claim with nothing but the property address. A satellite view confirms you have the right house.

Don't have the paperwork yet? Text or email your client a secure link and they can share the claim document themselves, or forward the insurer's email straight to the claim's own email address. Either way, the document lands in the right place.

Then answer a short set of questions about the roof: what was on it before, how steep it is, how many stories, vents, flashing, gutters. Most answers are already filled in from what the app read in the estimate, so it takes minutes.

Before you spend a credit, the app shows you what it found and what it is worth. Open the claim and review the counter. Where a carrier will demand photos, the app tells you exactly which ones to take, and nothing more.

When it looks right, send the counter to the insurer as a clean PDF. The app tracks the response, reminds you to follow up when the insurer goes quiet, and flags the money that is only payable after the job completes, so you never forget to collect it.

WHO IT IS FOR

Roofing contractors working storm restoration: hail, wind, and everything the first scope missed. The whole app works in English and Spanish.

WHAT IT COSTS

No subscription. Reading a claim is always free, and you see the recoverable amount before you pay anything. Opening a claim costs one credit. Credits come in packs, never expire, and are bought inside the app.

Adjuster Check is a tool for contractors. It does not provide legal or public adjusting services.
