Agentica MedOps is the crew application for emergency medical services and non-emergency medical transport companies. It puts the day's work in the hands of the people driving it.

Accounts are issued by your employer. There is no public sign-up.

WHAT CREW CAN DO

Trips
See the trips assigned to you, with pickup and drop-off details, patient requirements and special instructions. Update status as you go so dispatch always knows where the run stands.

Vehicle inspections
Complete start-of-shift and end-of-shift checks from the phone. Scan the vehicle QR code, work through the checklist, attach photographs of anything that needs attention, and submit. Defects reach the fleet team immediately.

Push-to-talk radio
Talk to dispatch and to the rest of your crew over a live channel. Hold to talk, release to listen. You are added to your shift's channel automatically when you come on duty.

Patient care records
Capture the information required for the run while the details are fresh, and submit it straight from the vehicle.

Live location for dispatch
While you are on shift, your vehicle's position is shared with dispatch so they can route work efficiently and record accurate arrival and departure times. Location sharing stops when your shift ends.

Notifications
Get alerted when a trip is assigned to you or changes.

BUILT FOR THE ROAD

Large touch targets, high-contrast screens that stay readable in daylight, and flows that work with one hand while you are moving.

Agentica MedOps is powered by Agentica AI.

Note: continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Background location is used only while you are on shift, so dispatch can track your vehicle during active trips.
