Giv'me Voice is a simple, no-fuss app that reads your written words aloud —
automatically detecting whatever language you type.

BEFORE YOU START
New to Giv'me Voice? See our quick setup guide for enabling a language's
keyboard and voice: https://sites.google.com/view/givemevoice/setup-guide

Type or paste any text into the box, tap the speaker icon, and hear it spoken
back to you in that language — no need to select anything. No accounts, no
internet connection required, no ads, and no data collected — everything
happens right on your device.

FEATURES
• Large, easy-to-read text box
• Automatic language detection — just type and tap speak
• One-tap speaker button to read your text aloud
• One-tap eraser button to clear the text and start fresh
• Clean black-and-white design that follows your phone's light or dark mode
• Keyboard opens automatically so you can start typing right away

SUPPORTED LANGUAGES
Giv'me Voice detects and reads back a wide range of languages automatically, as long as your phone has that language's voice installed. If a language's voice isn't installed yet, the app automatically reads your text in English instead, so it always works right away.

WHO IT'S FOR
Anyone who wants to hear their text read aloud — for proofreading your own
writing, helping someone with reading difficulties, practicing pronunciation,
or simply listening instead of reading.

PRIVACY FIRST
Giv'me Voice does not collect any personal data, does not require an internet
connection, and does not include ads or trackers. Your text stays on your
device and is never sent anywhere. Language detection runs fully on-device.

NOTE
To hear a specific language, your phone needs that language's voice pack
installed (the app will prompt you to install one if it's missing) and a
matching keyboard enabled for typing (most phones support this through
Gboard). English typing and voice work out of the box with no setup.
