The first weeks with a preemie are unlike anything else. Preemie Companion is the calm, private place to keep all of it organised.

Made for preemies, not term babies.
Most baby trackers plot your baby against term-baby curves. Yours does not fit that mold. Preemie Companion uses Fenton preterm growth charts (22 to 50 weeks gestation), the same reference clinicians use in NICUs worldwide, then hands over to WHO charts once your baby reaches term-corrected age. Milestones are scored against corrected age, never actual age.

Everything in one app:
• Feeding (breast, bottle, NG tube) with intake guidance
• Growth (weight, length, head circumference) with automatic corrected and gestational age
• Sleep, diapers, temperature, medications and pumping sessions
• Milestones, both standard and NICU-specific (first kangaroo care, first oral feed, off CPAP, going home)
• Smart predictions for the next feed and pump, learned from your baby's rhythm
• One-tap PDF report, ready for the next clinic visit or for grandparents
• Caregiver sharing with editor and viewer roles

Privacy by design:
• Your baby's data lives on your device by default
• EU data residency, no advertising, no tracking, no selling of data
• Full GDPR rights honoured in-app: export or delete in two taps

Important
This app is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor medical conditions. It is a tracking tool for parents to organise notes about their baby's care.
