PR Chaser is the running-first workout tracker built for people chasing their next personal record.

Log every run with GPS route tracking, live pace and distance, and heart rate zone data pulled straight from your watch or phone. Build structured interval workouts — like 5×1km at target pace — and see your actual splits against the plan the moment you finish. On every outdoor run, walk, hike or ride, spoken splits tell you your time and your last split each kilometer or mile, even with your phone locked, and guided interval sessions talk you through every rep.

Set real goals and watch your progress:
• Break a 5K or 10K personal record
• Hit a weekly mileage target
• Train a set number of times per week
• Count down to race day

Follow a structured training plan, from Couch to 5K through marathon build weeks, with your week laid out day by day and completed runs marked off automatically.

AI Coach builds your training plan from your own runs. Tell it what you're training for, and it looks at your recent weekly distance, paces and PRs, asks what it needs to know, and lays out every session week by week. Ask for changes in plain words, then save it straight to your calendar. Every plan is checked for sensible weekly increases, recovery weeks and a proper taper. It can design single workouts too, like hill repeats sized to the time you have. PR Chaser Pro includes 3 AI plans and 3 AI workouts every month, or add your own Anthropic API key for unlimited use. With Pro, your coach also writes a short note on every run, makes a readiness call each morning from your sleep and heart rate, and speaks up on Home when your training stalls.

Your Dashboard surfaces the numbers that matter — weekly mileage, average pace trend, recent PRs — without digging through menus. Full reports break down pace trends, heart rate zones, and training load over time.

Keep showing up. Earn badges for distance milestones, your first 5K to marathon, faster 5Ks, streaks and early or late runs. An evening reminder saves a streak before midnight. Monthly and yearly recaps sum up your distance, longest run and new PRs, with an image to share. Track the distance on each pair of shoes and each bike, with a heads-up when it's time for new ones. Keep an injury log, replay any GPS run on the map, and arrange your Dashboard the way you like.

Run free. Add your plan to your phone's calendar in a free gap at the time you like to run, get a suggested time for today's run that fits your day and the weather, and share any run as an image with your route on the map.

PR Chaser on Wear OS starts today's planned session or a free run from your wrist, and the run lands on your phone. Save a run's route and compare every run on it. On rest days, follow short guided mobility and strength routines. The Today card shows your steps, active minutes and sleep next to today's session.

PR Chaser syncs with Google Health Connect, so your existing runs and heart rate history show up automatically — no manual re-entry.
