GymTracker is a training and health journal that runs on your phone, with no ads and without forcing you to create an account. Open the app and start logging — your data stays on your device and belongs to you.

TRAINING
• Log exercises, sets, reps and weights as you train
• Automatic rest timer between sets
• Exercise library organised by muscle group, with machines and your own custom exercises
• Workout plans to follow your routine
• Full history with a calendar view, so you can see exactly what you did on any day
• Camera scanner: point it at a machine or a printed plan and import the exercise using text recognition

PROGRESS
• Progress charts per exercise and per muscle group
• Personal records detected automatically
• Body measurements, weight, body fat percentage and circumferences
• Cardio, water and nutrition logging
• XP and achievements to help you stay consistent

HEALTH
• Optional Health Connect integration to read heart rate, sleep, steps, calories and distance from your watch or fitness band
• Sleep and recovery scores calculated from that data
• Menstrual cycle tracking, including symptoms and flow
• Reminders to drink water, log your weight or not miss a session

WHILE YOU TRAIN
• Control Spotify without leaving the app — see the current track, pause and skip
• Active workout mode designed for one-handed use between sets

PRIVACY
This is the part we take seriously. GymTracker has no servers of ours: your workouts, measurements and health data live in a database on your phone. There are no ads, no trackers, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

• The app works fully without any sign-in
• If you want to, you can back up to your own Google Drive account — we only ask for access to the files the app creates there, never to the rest of your Drive
• You can lock the app with a PIN, stored only as an encrypted hash
• You can delete any single record, reset the database entirely, or simply uninstall

Available in English and Portuguese, with a dark theme.
