**Simple Interval Timer — Your Precision Workout Companion**

Take full control of your interval training with Simple Interval Timer, the beautifully designed workout timer built for athletes, coaches, and fitness enthusiasts who demand accuracy and flexibility.

Design custom interval programs with the intuitive Workout Builder. Add as many timers as you need — work, rest, warm-up, cool-down — and arrange them in any order with simple drag-and-drop reordering. Set multiple rounds for endurance training, or choose infinite rounds for open-ended sessions. Give each interval a name, a custom color, and a unique chime so you always know which phase you're in without looking at the screen.

When it's go time, the Workout Player delivers a large, crystal-clear countdown display designed to be readable from across the room — even mid-burpee. A bold circular progress ring gives you an instant visual sense of how much time remains. A 5-second "Get Ready" preparation countdown with audible ticks lets you get into position before your first interval starts.

Every completed workout is logged with the date and total duration. Review your training history at a glance, spot trends, and quickly restart your favorite routines from the Recent section on the home screen.

Export all your workouts, timers, and history to a JSON file for safekeeping. Import them on a new device or share custom routines with training partners — your programs are never locked in.

Whether you're doing HIIT, Tabata, boxing rounds, yoga flows, circuit training, or physical therapy exercises — Simple Interval Timer gives you the precision, reliability, and flexibility to train your way.
