Refocus is a focus timer that plays gentle sound reminders at fixed or random intervals, helping you notice when your mind drifts and get back to work. Free, no ads, no account.

Daydreaming at your desk? Scrolling without noticing? Refocus gives you a soft audio nudge at regular intervals so you can check in with yourself and return to the task at hand. No harsh alarms, no jarring sounds.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick a reminder sound or choose vibration only.
2. Choose a fixed interval or random reminders, such as every 3–8 minutes.
3. Tap Start and work. When you hear the reminder, ask yourself: am I focused on what I meant to be doing?

Unlike a traditional Pomodoro timer with long work blocks and scheduled breaks, Refocus checks in throughout your session. Random intervals help keep the reminders from becoming predictable background noise.
