Optional AI-generated insights help you explore patterns in your activity, sleep and recovery data and ask follow-up questions. AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not medical advice.

YOUR DATA AND CONTROLS

Aureola uses an offline-first design with secure account synchronisation. You can manage permissions and notifications, export supported account data, or request account deletion from within the app.

A compatible smart ring is required for sensor-based features. Available measurements depend on ring compatibility, permissions, data quality and feature availability. Some features may require a paid subscription.
