A lock with no one-tap unlock. No "just 5 more minutes." No paying your way out.

You don't need more willpower. You need a lock that holds.

Curfew is an app blocker for anyone who has set a screen time limit and then talked themselves out of it. You pick the apps and the hours. While a curfew runs, Curfew covers those apps with a block screen.

LOCKED, NOT TRAPPED
Real life happens. You get five emergency unlocks a week, free. Each one takes a bit of effort on purpose, such as answering a few honest questions about why. Enough friction to break the scroll reflex, never enough to strand you in a real emergency.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick the apps to block: social media, games, any distracting app that turns a quick look into an hour of doomscrolling.
• Set the schedule: work hours, study and focus sessions, weekends, evenings, overnight. Any hours you choose.
• When the curfew starts, those apps are blocked and Curfew tells you how long is left.
• When it ends, it lets go and shows you the time you took back.

WE DO NOT SELL YOU A WAY OUT
There is no button that takes your money to end a lock early. Nothing in this app charges you for failing. An app blocker that earns more when you break your own rules has its interests pointed against yours.

THE CLOCK TRICK DOES NOT WORK
Winding your phone's date forward is a classic way around a timed lock. Curfew measures time from a source Android does not let anyone change, so the clock trick buys you nothing.

SEE WHAT IT BOUGHT YOU
Curfew tracks your time in apps, on your own phone, and shows what each lock bought you. Every number is measured, never estimated. If there is not enough history to say something true, Curfew says so instead of guessing.

FREE, AND ACTUALLY USABLE
Three locked apps and one schedule, with the full lock and all five emergency unlocks every week. Nothing in the free version is crippled, timed, or nagged at you.

CURFEW PREMIUM — FOR WHEN YOU WANT TO BE HELD HARDER
• Strict mode: closes the settings pages that would let you switch Curfew off mid-lock, so a bad moment has a harder time undoing a decision you made calmly. In Strict mode you get three emergency unlocks a week, not five.
• Unlimited locked apps and unlimited schedules.
• Patterns: finds the habits that repeat across your last five weeks and turns each into a curfew you can add with one tap.
• Weak Spots: the hour of the week you are most likely to break, worked out from when you actually tried.
• Nothing Happened: after a curfew ends, exactly what arrived while it held, and how little needed you.
• Your reason: write down why this curfew exists. Curfew shows it back to you when you least want to remember it.
• Coach: one specific change to one schedule, based on your own weeks.

YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE
No account. No sign-in. No server. No ads. No analytics service. Your app list, your schedules and your usage history live on this phone only. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go.

WHAT CURFEW CANNOT DO, SAID PLAINLY
No Android app can stop you uninstalling it. Google's rules forbid that, and Curfew will not pretend otherwise. Strict mode makes switching enforcement off harder, not impossible.

WHY CURFEW SHOWS YOU A LIST OF YOUR APPS
Curfew reads the list of apps installed on this phone so it can show them to you and let you pick which ones to lock. That is the only thing the list is used for. It is shown to you, stored on this phone, and never uploaded.

WHY CURFEW ASKS FOR ACCESSIBILITY ACCESS
It is the only reliable way an Android app can tell which app you just opened. Curfew sees which app comes to the front and, in Strict mode, enough of the current screen to recognise the Android settings pages that would switch Curfew off. It does not read your messages, your passwords or what you type, and nothing leaves your phone. Turn it off and blocking stops immediately, and Curfew will tell you rather than pretend.
