Heavyday is an AI gym coach, workout tracker and calorie counter in one app. Log workouts, track calories, protein and macros, plan meals and follow your recovery, with an AI Coach that does the logging and planning for you. Just say "80 kg for 8" or "two eggs and toast" and it's done.

IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTICE
Heavyday gives general fitness, nutrition and wellness information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not replace professional medical care. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before you start any exercise or nutrition program, and about any medical condition, symptom, diagnosis or treatment. If you feel unwell or have pain, stop and get medical help.

CALORIE COUNTER & MACRO TRACKER
Snap a photo of your meal, scan a barcode or say a few words. See calories, protein, carbs and fat, plus the vitamins and minerals of each food. Cook from recipes that fit what's left today, step by step, with timers in a hands-free cook mode.

WORKOUT TRACKER & GYM PLANNER
Plan your week, pick a program and walk into the gym with today's session ready. Rest timer, plate calculator, RPE, warm-up sets and history for every exercise come as standard. The live workout sits in your notification shade, and the rest timer tells you when it's time for the next set, even with the phone in your pocket.

SLEEP, STEPS, WATER & WEIGHT
Water, sleep, steps, weight and body measurements. An optional fasting timer, optional cycle tracking and progress photos. Health Connect brings in your sleep, activity, workouts and weight if you allow it, and Heavyday can save your workouts, food and water back, each only if you switch it on.

YOUR AI COACH FOR ALL OF IT
Talk or type in plain words: "two eggs and toast", "a big glass of water", "80 kg for 8". The Coach logs food, water, weight and sets, and every log has an Undo. Something off? Say the change and it's fixed.
Ask about training, food or recovery and get answers that use your own workouts and meals. The Coach builds plans from your training history, moves a session when you're sore or busy, suggests a swap when the bench is taken, and spots when a lift has stalled. You approve every change.
The Coach is an AI model. It can make mistakes, and it gives general fitness guidance only. For anything medical, it will point you to a healthcare professional.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
Today shows your workout, calories left, water and weight on one calm screen. Home-screen widgets for today's session, calories, water and your streak; add a glass of water without opening the app.

HEAVYDAY PRO
Pro goes deeper on all four: every vitamin and mineral, more photo logs a day and a week meal plan; plans from your own training that adapt, with strength curves; your sleep and activity, used by the Coach to shape the day; and a Coach every day that remembers what you told it. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription; cancel any time in Google Play.

PRIVACY
Your data is kept in your account, so it follows you to any phone you sign in on. We never sell your data and there are no ads. Delete your account in the app at any time and we remove what we hold.
