BeFree turns what you say into tasks, calendar events, reminders, grocery items, and notes. Speak or type whatever's on your mind, and BeFree quietly sorts it into the right place — so you don't have to.

Drop it. Keep it. Bring it back.

Most planners give you back one thing: a day plan. BeFree gives back five. A grocery item lands on your grocery list. A meeting with a clock time becomes a calendar event. A nag with a deadline becomes a reminder. A thought you want to keep becomes a note. You speak in any order; BeFree sorts.

Built for people who think out loud and get stuck on the sorting:
• Speak in any order. Mix groceries, follow-ups, kid pick-ups, and meeting prep — BeFree parses each piece and routes it to the right place.
• Calm by default. No streaks, no badges, no reminders to "engage". One mic. One sheet. Drop the noise, walk away.
• Offline-first. Your dumps land on-device immediately and sync when you're back online.
• Honest privacy. Your device's speech services turn your voice into text. BeFree does not keep your audio and sends no recordings to our servers. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

What it captures:
• Tasks with priorities, projects, and due dates
• Calendar events with the date and time you said
• Time-based reminders, including recurring schedules
• Grocery items, sorted by aisle
• Notes — kept thoughts, organised by folder

What it doesn't do:
• It doesn't try to be your accountability coach.
• It doesn't ping you with motivational nudges.
• It doesn't try to replace your calendar — it feeds it.

Seven days, then a subscription:
New accounts receive seven days of full Pro from their original signup, with no card and no automatic charge. After that, a subscription is required to add, sort, edit, complete or delete items. Everything you have saved stays readable, searchable and exportable without a subscription. Signing in again does not restart the seven days.

Monthly and annual Google Play plans are shown in your local currency before you buy. Purchased subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in Google Play subscription settings. There is no additional checkout trial. You can export your data or delete your account at any time.

Voice + privacy:
• BeFree does not keep your audio. Speech-to-text is handled by your device's speech services, and only the text is saved or synced.
• Sign in with Google or email.
• Encrypted in transit. Per-account database isolation on every table.
• Full export. Account deletion in one tap.

If you've ever wanted a place to drop the noise and walk out lighter, that's the room we built.
