BeatRequest turns one permanent QR into a live audience request and support channel for DJs, musicians, singers, bands, pianists, and other performers.

Guests scan with their phone and continue in the browser - no guest app or account is required. For every event, the performer chooses exactly what the audience can send:

- Tips
- Song requests
- Dedications

Each option can be opened or closed independently. Song requests and dedications can be free or paid. The performer sets the event currency, minimum amounts, and estimated wait times.

RUN THE EVENT FROM ONE CONSOLE

New requests arrive in a live queue with the guest's name, message, amount, and promised time. Accept or decline each request, then mark accepted songs and dedications as completed. Countdown timers keep the most urgent request visible. If the room gets busy, update the wait time live for future guests without interrupting the event.

CLEAR FREE AND PAID FLOWS

Free requests skip checkout completely. Paid requests begin with a temporary payment authorization and are charged only after the performer accepts. If a request is declined or expires, the authorization is released. Standalone tips are charged when the guest confirms them. An optional tip attached to a free request is charged only if that request is accepted.

Before confirming, guests can see the selected service, amount, currency, and estimated wait. They can then follow the live status of their request from the same browser page.

ONE PERMANENT QR, MANY WAYS TO SHARE

Use the same performer QR again and again. Print it on posters or table cards, share the link, display it on a tablet, or open the venue screen on a TV, projector, or LED wall. When a new event starts, the permanent QR automatically leads guests to the current live event.

VISUAL WALL FOR THE ROOM

Turn the venue screen into a live visual experience with a curated scene library, performer branding, QR placement controls, text drops, blackout controls, and optional audience moments for accepted requests and tips. Keep the QR visible while the visuals move around it.
