MovePoints breaks up long hours at the desk with small exercise breaks that fit between meetings.

It was built by a remote worker who kept noticing the same thing: hours in the chair without getting up, and a slump every afternoon. MovePoints is the nudge to get up, move for a minute, and get back to work.

HOW IT WORKS
• Tell it when your workday starts and ends, and which days you work.
• Pick moves you can do beside your desk: push-ups, squats, sit-ups and more.
• A reminder arrives during your working hours with a short set. Do it, tap done, earn points.

Reminders only come inside your workday. Never at night, never on your days off.

BUILT FOR REAL WORKDAYS
• A timer for holds like planks, right inside the set, with time to switch sides.
• Missed a few reminders? One short catch-up set makes up for them.
• Busy day? Do just one move instead, skip one, or take the day off.
• Going on vacation? Set the dates, and your streak and points wait for you.

STAY MOTIVATED
• Points for every set, and a daily goal.
• A streak of workdays in a row.
• Levels for each exercise as you get stronger.
• A weekly challenge on the day you choose, with every set worth double.
• A small "Mission accomplished!" when you hit your goal.

FREE AND PRO
The free plan gives you one reminder a day, with two moves you pick once.

MovePoints Pro adds:
• Up to 8 reminders a day.
• Reminders around your meetings: connect the calendar on your phone (Google) and reminders only come when you're free. Never mid-meeting, and not straight after a lunch in your calendar.
• Every exercise, any time: 36 moves to choose from, plus your own.
• Water tracking, with reminders to drink.

Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time in Google Play.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-up. Your calendar is read on your phone and never leaves it. Your name, exercises and history stay on your phone too. Anonymous usage statistics help improve the app, and you can turn them off in Settings.
