This is a coach guided app, built to get you results that actually last.

Better Health Project isn't another download it and hope app. It's the system I use with the clients I coach every day, backed by 16+ years as an Exercise Scientist and Clinical Nutritionist and over 500 clients coached to real, lasting results. You get a real coach behind the plan, not just an algorithm.
