The app should be the easy part.

Based Training makes it easy to build workouts, plan your week and keep your training together. Pick a session from the workout library or describe what you want in your own words. Review it, adjust it and send it to Garmin or Wahoo.

Your words become a workout
Type something like “a 45-minute ride with four hard intervals.” AI turns your freeform description into a structured workout with clear steps and targets. You can review and edit the session before saving or sending it.

Start with the workout library
Browse ready-made sessions for cycling, running and strength. Choose a workout that fits your day, then adjust it to suit your training.

Training plans that start with your history
Build a plan using your recent training history and the time you have available. Your previous activities help shape a realistic starting point. When you miss a session, the plan adjusts automatically, so you can continue without rebuilding your week yourself.

Connect Garmin and Wahoo
Send planned workouts to supported Garmin and Wahoo devices and sync completed activities back to Based Training. Keep your sessions and training history together without entering everything twice. Available features vary by provider and device.

Keep your week organized
See planned workouts and completed sessions together on your calendar. Move sessions, review plan changes and adjust your schedule when life gets in the way.
