SiteAutomate Mobile puts your entire IT infrastructure in your pocket. Built for MSPs and IT professionals who manage multiple client sites, this companion app delivers real-time visibility, instant alerts, and hands-on control — wherever you are.

REAL-TIME DASHBOARD
Get an at-a-glance view of your infrastructure health. Monitor active sites, online devices, and critical alerts from a single screen. Items that need attention surface automatically so nothing falls through the cracks.

SITE MANAGEMENT
Browse and search your full site inventory. Each site shows live status, device counts, and active alert badges. Drill into any site for detailed metrics, device breakdowns, and recent activity.

SMART ALERTS
Receive push notifications the moment something goes wrong. View unresolved alerts sorted by severity — critical, warning, or informational. Acknowledge or resolve incidents directly from the alert feed without switching to a desktop.

AI ACTION APPROVALS
SiteAutomate's AI engine proposes remediation actions when issues are detected. Review pending actions with full context — risk level, target device, and reasoning — then approve or reject with one tap. Recent action history keeps you informed on what's been executed.

REMOTE ACCESS
Connect to any registered agent right from your phone. See which devices are online, busy, or offline. Password-protected sessions keep access secure. Launch a live remote viewer to troubleshoot without being at your desk.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Stay informed with instant push alerts for critical events, warnings, and AI-proposed actions. Notifications route you directly to the relevant screen so you can act immediately.

SECURE AUTHENTICATION
Sign in with Google or email and password. Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security. Sessions are managed per-device with secure token storage.
