The 3-day Walk + Water Challenge is free to join. Walk more. Drink more water. Three days.

APEX: Walk & Water Challenge is a walking app and water tracker built around one short, guided challenge. You get a daily step goal and a daily hydration goal, a single screen that shows both, and - if you want one - a team of up to four people walking the same days you are.

THE 3-DAY WALK + WATER CHALLENGE
Three days is short enough to say yes to and long enough to feel. Your step goal and water goal are set for you on day one. Hit both, three days running, and you have a streak worth keeping.

WALKING AND STEP TRACKING
- A daily step goal, tracked automatically
- Step counting from Health Connect, or straight from your phone's own sensor if you would rather not connect anything
- Live walking stats while you move: steps, pace, cadence and elevation gain
- Your walking route drawn on a map
- A walking history that shows the days adding up

WATER TRACKING
- A daily hydration goal you can actually reach
- One tap to log a glass
- Water and steps in the same view, because half a good day is not a good day

TEAMS AND ACCOUNTABILITY
- Teams of two to four
- A team leaderboard that updates while you walk
- Group chat with your team
- Invite by text or share your team to your Stories
- Everyone's progress counts toward the team, so nobody walks alone

AFTER DAY 3
Rounds run again, so finishing is a starting point. Streaks, levels and your history carry forward, and so does your team.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
An optional one-time upgrade adds Fuel and Train. It is a single purchase, not a subscription.

FUEL - FOOD SCANNER
- Point your camera at your plate and AI estimates the macros
- Or scan a barcode and the macros come straight from the product
- Type it in by hand when that is easier
- Daily protein, carb, fat and calorie targets sized to your goal
- A running log of everything you have eaten today
- Meal ideas with the ingredients and the method, and a swap if you do not fancy that one

TRAIN - AT-HOME WORKOUTS
- Three tracks: Walk & Core, Full Body Strength, and Stretch & Recover
- Three weeks in each, 15 to 35 minutes a session
- No gym, and no equipment to buy
- A short video demo for every exercise, so you can see it before you do it

The 3-day challenge itself is free.
