Booster is a real-time last-mile delivery management platform
built for logistics teams who need full visibility, speed, and
accuracy — from the dispatch office to every doorstep.
Whether you're managing a fleet of riders or heading out for
deliveries yourself, Booster gives you exactly what you need
and nothing you don't.
━━━ FOR RIDERS ━━━
Go online in one tap and start receiving delivery jobs instantly.
• Online / Offline Toggle — Start or end your shift with a
single button. Background location tracking begins
automatically the moment you go online.
• Live Job Assignments — New orders appear instantly with a
30-second accept window. Accept, decline, or let it auto-assign
— the choice is yours.
• Active Jobs Dashboard — See all your assigned deliveries in
one place with order ID, pickup and dropoff addresses,
SLA deadline countdown, and priority level.
• Turn-by-Turn Navigation — Tap Navigate on any pickup or
dropoff address to open Google Maps with the route ready
to go. Call the customer directly from the job screen.
• Guided Delivery Workflow — Progress through each stage in
the correct order: En Route to Pickup → Arrived at Pickup →
Picked Up → En Route to Customer → Arrived → Delivered.
No skipping. No mistakes.
• Proof of Delivery — Capture a photo, enter the recipient's
name, and add notes. Your POD uploads securely to the cloud
the moment you hit Submit.
• Failed Delivery Reporting — Recipient not available? Wrong
address? Refused delivery? Select the reason, add notes,
attach photos, and log it in seconds.
• Offline Capability — Your assigned jobs are cached locally
so you can view your workload even without a connection.
━━━ FOR DISPATCHERS ━━━
Run your entire operation from one screen.
• Live Fleet Map — See every online rider on a real-time
Google Maps view. Markers update continuously as your
drivers move. Green means on the job, grey means idle.
• Operations Dashboard — At-a-glance KPIs: total orders
today, completed, in-transit, and late deliveries — all
updated in real time.
• Order Management — Search, filter, and sort your full
order list by status (Pending, Assigned, In-Transit,
Completed, Late, Cancelled) or by assigned driver.
Find any order in seconds.
• Create Orders — Enter customer details, geocode pickup
and dropoff addresses, set the SLA deadline, and
dispatch. Address coordinates are resolved automatically.
• Driver Assignment — View available riders with their
current location, online status, vehicle type, and
capacity (current load vs. maximum). Assign the right
driver to the right job.
• Rider Search — Look up any rider by name or ID to
check their status, weekly delivery count, and
current availability.
• Zone Notifications — Stay informed with automatic
alerts for nearby orders, auto-assignments, and
orders taken by other riders in the zone.
━━━ ALWAYS ON, ALWAYS ACCURATE ━━━
Booster is built around reliability at every layer:
• State Machine Enforcement — Orders follow a strict
status progression. No delivery can be marked complete
without a POD photo and recipient name. The system
prevents invalid states at the API level.
• Background Location Tracking — Real-time GPS updates
every 10 meters or 30 seconds (whichever comes first),
running reliably in the background on both iOS and
Android even when the app is closed.
• Push Notifications — Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers
instant alerts for new job assignments, order updates,
and zone activity.
• Secure by Default — Bearer token authentication,
multipart photo uploads to cloud storage, and
role-based routing so riders and dispatchers only
ever see what they're supposed to see.
• Help Built In — Role-specific FAQ covering account
management, payout questions, delivery procedures,
tracking, and analytics — available directly in the app.
