Ostouly puts your entire transport operation in your pocket.
Whether you're a field rep creating loads at the yard or an ops manager monitoring live shipments from headquarters, Ostouly's mobile app gives you everything you need to keep freight moving — without chasing down calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages.

CREATE & MANAGE LOADS
Quickly create new shipments directly from your phone in seconds. Select shipment type — local, import, export, or international — assign pickup and delivery addresses, set schedules, and specify truck type and cargo. Need multiple loads with the same details? Create them all at once with the multi-truck feature.

ASSIGN DRIVERS & GENERATE BAYAN
Once a load is created, assign a driver and truck instantly. Issue the official Bayan document from the Transport Authority with a single tap.

UPLOAD DOCUMENTS & PROOF OF DELIVERY
Reps can attach delivery receipts, photos, and any supporting documents directly to a load. Operations and control tower teams can review, approve, and share documents with customers straight from the platform.

REAL-TIME GPS TRACKING & STATUS UPDATES
Track any vehicle carrying your cargo in real time on a live map — including third-party carriers — through Saudi Arabia-wide GPS integrations. Shipment status updates automatically when vehicles enter geofenced zones, eliminating manual check-ins.

Live map view of all active shipments
Automatic status updates via geofencing
On Track / At Risk / Off Track progress indicators
GPS health alerts and route deviation alerts
Cargo GPS tracking management independent of the vehicle GPS

DYNAMIC ETA CALCULATIONS
Ostouly continuously recalculates estimated arrival times based on current driving speed, live traffic, local truck ban restrictions, and historical wait times at ports, borders, and facilities — so your team always has accurate, reliable delivery forecasts.

MULTI-LANGUAGE SUPPORT
Fully available in Arabic, English, and Urdu — built for the diverse teams running freight operations across Saudi Arabia.
