The Mavericks is your daily practice for flow state performance.

Built by flow-state coach Wilson Meloncelli, this app trains your nervous system to move fluidly between focused work, deep recovery, and creative flow. Instead of chasing productivity hacks, you learn to work WITH your biology.

Five check-ins timed to your natural energy curve. Morning intention, midday clarity, afternoon reset, evening reflection. Two minutes each.

Coaching Journey
Progressive courses from Wilson and the coaching team. Text lessons, video practices, and integration exercises.

Team Coherence

WHO IT'S FOR

Entrepreneurs, leaders, athletes, and performers who want to sustain deep work without burnout. High-agency people who train their bodies but haven't yet trained their nervous systems.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Most performance apps push more. This one teaches you when to release. Grounded in the science of HRV and the practice of coherence, it's built on the principle that peak output comes from a regulated nervous system, not a stressed one.
