CareLoop helps families find trusted, background-checked caregivers for older adults who want to remain safely and comfortably at home.

Every caregiver on CareLoop passes a background check before joining the platform. Caregivers can also upload up to two professional licenses for verification, giving families more confidence and transparency than they'll find on other caregiving marketplaces.
CareLoop is a technology platform that connects families with independent caregivers. Caregivers are independent professionals who set their own rates and availability. CareLoop does not employ, supervise, or direct caregivers, and does not provide caregiving services itself.
Whether your loved one needs help for an hour, occasional assistance, or ongoing support, CareLoop makes it easy to connect with caregivers in your community, without long-term contracts or agency restrictions.

Families can:
• Browse background-checked local caregivers
• View caregiver profiles, verified licenses, experience, and availability
• Book care that fits their schedule
• Message caregivers securely within the app
• Receive visit updates and completed task logs
• Pay securely through the app
• Rebook caregivers they know and trust

Caregivers can:

• Upload licenses for verification

• Accept appointments that fit their schedule
• Communicate directly with families

Caregivers do not administer, manage, handle, or distribute medications of any kind, including assistance with prescriptions or over-the-counter drugs.
CareLoop caregivers provide non-medical support only and do not offer skilled nursing, medical treatment, transportation, or emergency services through the platform at this time.

Our mission is simple: help older adults maintain their independence while making it easier for families to find reliable, background-checked support they can trust.
