Hot flashes at work. Waking soaked at 3 a.m. Feeling anxious, foggy or short-fused, and being told it's "just your age". You're not imagining it. What you're feeling is real, and it's common.

Clero is your menopause coach for hot flashes, night sweats, sleep and mood: a short daily practice built on the two non-hormone methods The Menopause Society rates most highly, CBT (practical skills for thoughts and habits) and clinical self-hypnosis with cooling imagery. It starts with six weeks of foundations, and then your daily practice keeps going.

YOUR DAILY PRACTICE
• A guided self-hypnosis session with cooling imagery
• A short lesson with one small thing to try
• A 30-second evening check-in: hot flashes, how much they bothered you, how you slept

SIX WEEKS OF FOUNDATIONS, THEN IT KEEPS GOING
• Weeks 1 to 6, about 20 minutes a day, build your skills step by step: a new session each week, and insomnia CBT for broken nights in week 5
• After that, your practice keeps going: about 15 minutes with any of your sessions, your evening check-in and a weekly check, and every four weeks a look back at your own numbers
• Every session and lesson stays open to you

TODAY, ONE STEP AT A TIME
• Today shows your one next step, plus a small win, a symptom explained, a tip for your partner and a way to prepare for your doctor

FOR THE HARD MOMENTS
• Hot flash now: a 2-minute guide for the moment the heat rises
• 3 a.m.: a calm night screen for when you wake hot or can't get back to sleep
• Short guides for anxious, short-fused, low and foggy moments
• Clero, your AI coach, for questions day or night

• Learn: plain answers about 21 symptoms, from hot flashes and brain fog to aching joints and ringing ears, each with its sources
• If your doctor dismisses you: calm words you can use, and practical steps for your next appointment
• Clear facts, including hormone therapy, so you can talk it through with your doctor

YOU'RE NOT DOING THIS ALONE
• Circle: talk with other women going through the same thing, by topic (hot flashes, nights, mood, work, partners, doctors)
• If nobody has answered yet, one of Clero's AI guides replies. AI guides are always clearly marked as AI.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• How much hot flashes bother you, week by week
• Nights slept through and hot flashes per day, from your own check-ins

TAKE IT TO YOUR DOCTOR
• A one-page summary of your symptoms, patterns and what you've tried, with questions you may want to ask

Missing a day never resets anything. Just pick up where you are.
