GCCTIME is a workforce management application designed to help organizations manage employee attendance, Travel Orders, and work-related personnel activities in one mobile application.

Employees can record their daily attendance through Time In and Time Out, with location verification to help ensure attendance is recorded from authorized locations. The application also supports secure authentication using available device authentication methods.

The Travel Order module allows personnel to view and manage official Travel Orders, assigned destinations, and travel schedules. Personnel can perform Check-In and Check-Out at their assigned Travel Order destinations, with GPS location used to verify their location during these activities.

During official duty hours or an active Travel Order, GCCTIME may record personnel location coordinates to support work-related location monitoring and activity logs. Location tracking automatically stops when the personnel is off duty and has no active Travel Order.

Authorized users, such as Department Heads, can use the Personnel Overview feature to view personnel attendance records, current work-related locations, and ongoing Travel Order status.
