Stop watching the clock. Start boxing.

Coach Time: Boxing combines a boxing timer with voice-led workouts for heavy-bag and shadow-boxing training. Choose a programme, press Start and follow spoken combinations, movement drills and technique cues while you keep your eyes on your training.

BOX WITH A PLAN

Build your session with a warm-up, boxing workout and cool-down. Programmes cover fundamentals, jab development, combinations, footwork, defence, technique and conditioning, whether you train at home or in the gym.

COACHING YOU CAN HEAR

• Spoken round instructions and coaching during your workout
• Combinations, movement and defensive actions
• Technique reminders as the work gets harder
• Voice cues that play alongside your music
• Clear transitions through warm-up, training and cool-down

SET YOUR OWN ROUNDS

Use Manual Training to set your rounds, work time, rest time and preparation time. Train with round bells, warnings and voice time calls. Large controls keep the timer easy to use during a session, and your workout log lets you review completed training.
