AutoDial CRM is an autodialer with a telecalling CRM built in, for businesses that sell on the phone. Pick a list of leads, press start, and the auto dialer calls each number for you from your own SIM. Between calls you save the result in two taps, so your leads, call log and follow-ups stay up to date without extra typing.

AUTO DIALER APP
Stop dialling numbers by hand. The CRM auto dialer calls your list one after another while you focus on the conversation.
• Auto call leads from an Excel sheet, a CSV file, your call log, assigned leads or today's follow-ups
• Set the gap between calls and pick SIM 1 or SIM 2 for business calls
• Auto redial: call again when the customer does not pick up
• Calls the network drops before they ring are dialled again by themselves
• Pause, skip or stop the session from any screen
• Calls go out on your normal mobile number, with no VoIP or virtual number to buy

TELECALLING CRM
A lead management CRM inside the dialer, so nothing is copied between apps.
• Save a lead with only the mobile number
• Lead source, your own statuses, tags, products and custom fields
• Remarks that show up on the next call with that customer
• Filter leads by status, tag, product and list together, then auto dial the result
• Import leads from Excel, CSV or Google Sheets, or connect a sheet or API and new enquiries arrive by themselves
• Export leads to CSV anytime

CALL MANAGEMENT
Use AutoDial CRM as your call management app: every call arrives with the customer's details.
• Lead name, status and last remark on screen while the phone rings
• Missed call alert with one-tap call back and WhatsApp
• Call log filters: missed, connected, rejected, unique numbers and lost leads
• Call analytics: total calls, connected calls, talk time and monthly trends
• Caller ID and spam blocking for unknown numbers
• WhatsApp, Google Meet and Zoom calls in the same call log, if you allow it

FOLLOW-UP REMINDERS
• Set a call back in one tap: 5 minutes, tomorrow or next week
• The reminder rings like an alarm, even on a locked phone
• It stays open until you mark it done, so no follow-up slips away
• Auto dial all of today's follow-ups in one go

WHATSAPP AUTOMATION
• Automatic WhatsApp message after a missed, incoming or outgoing call
• A different message for each lead status
• Bulk WhatsApp to leads, the call log or pasted numbers through the WhatsApp Business API
• WhatsApp chat inbox beside the lead's call history

TEAM AND MANAGER TOOLS
• Assign leads to telecallers, each with their own calling queue
• Team call report: calls, talk time and results for every telecaller
• Selfie attendance with office location, breaks and late marks
• Live location for field staff during work hours, with each day's route and kilometres on the web
• Paid clients, payments due and renewal reminders

EASY FOR EVERY TELECALLER
• The app speaks 40+ languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Arabic and Spanish
• Short video guides and Ask AI help inside the app
• Click a number on your computer and your phone dials it

SAFE AND BACKED UP
Leads, calls and reminders are saved to your account, so a new phone has everything after one sign in. You choose which SIM backs up and can keep personal numbers out. We never sell your data.
