BeSeen is a fitness coaching app built for queer, trans, and nonbinary lifters, runners, and every body the fitness industry has overlooked. Whether you are starting out, returning after a break, or training for an event, BeSeen meets you where you are.

What you get:

Workout programs designed around your goals, with a library of over 100 exercises, video demos, rest timers, and form check support.

Flexible nutrition tracking that fits how you actually eat. Choose macros, portions, or intuitive eating, with built-in food search covering hundreds of restaurants and a trans-aware macro calculator that accounts for HRT.

HRT-aware coaching that respects your hormone journey. Track injections, medications, and how your body responds, all in one place.

Daily accountability through check-ins, habit tracking, consistency scores, and progress photos. See the work you are putting in.

Weekly check-ins that feel like a real conversation, not a static form. Your coach responds to where you actually are this week.

Measurement and weight tracking with progress graphs. Watch the trends, not just the daily numbers.

Instant coaching responses to your questions any time, day or night.

Progress photos with side-by-side comparison and shareable transformation cards when you want to celebrate a win.

Buddy accountability to pair up with a friend on the same journey.

GLP-1 friendly. If you are on a GLP-1 medication, BeSeen integrates support without judgment.

Who BeSeen is for:

People who have felt unseen by traditional fitness apps. People on HRT. People who want a coach that actually gets it. People who want results without the toxic culture.
