Beat the Crowd! At London St Pancras, your Eurostar departure platform appears on the station boards only when boarding opens, about 30 minutes before departure. Before the Board predicts the right platform two to three hours sooner, so you can wait where it matters: by the right escalator, at the right end of the lounge, ahead of the crowd.

WHAT YOU GET
• Early platform calls for Eurostar departures from London St Pancras, typically 2–3 hours ahead of the official reveal
• A push notification the moment your platform is called, and again if it changes
• Watch a train and get alerted about delays, cancellations and platform changes
• Coach guidance: which travelator to head for, by coach number
• Live departure boards for Paris Gare du Nord, Bruxelles-Midi, Amsterdam Centraal, Rotterdam Centraal and Lille Europe, with delay and cancellation status

HOW IT WORKS
We use live data feeds in combination with our prediction algorithm to determine what platform will be announced ahead of time. While a small number of platforms do change late, we get it right most of the time.

BEFORE THE BOARD PRO
Departure boards and officially confirmed platforms are free. A Pro subscription unlocks early platform calls and train watching with push notifications. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your Google Play account settings at any time.
