KalaSangama is the companion app for arts institutions running on KalaSangama IMS — Bharatanatyam and dance schools, Carnatic and Hindustani music academies, and gurukulams.

Built for the things you do between classes, standing up, on your phone.

TODAY
See the classes scheduled for today at a glance, with batch, time and teacher. Start the day knowing what is ahead instead of opening a laptop.

ATTENDANCE
Mark a batch present or absent in a few taps. Attendance saves straight to your institute's records, so the percentages on a student's profile are always current — no paper register to transcribe later.

FEES
Check who has paid and who has not, look up a student's dues, and record a payment the moment it is handed to you. The ledger updates immediately for everyone.

STUDENTS
Look up any student's profile: contact details, guardian, batch, enrolment and attendance history. Useful when a parent calls and you are not at your desk.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Read what your institute has published, so a schedule change or event notice reaches you wherever you are.

SEVERAL INSTITUTES, ONE LOGIN
Teach at more than one academy? Sign in once and switch between them from the menu. One email, one password, no separate accounts.

REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT
This app is for staff and teachers at institutions that already use KalaSangama IMS. You will need sign-in details from your institute — the app cannot create an account on its own. Institutions can start a free trial at https://kalasangama.com

YOUR DATA
Student records, guardian details, attendance and fees belong to the institution, not to us. We process them on the institution's instructions and never for our own purposes. The app requests no location, camera, microphone or contacts access, and shows no advertising.
