Select a pace. Press Start. Hound tells you out loud whether you're ahead or behind pace, so you can stay focused on what matters.

Most running apps show you a pace and leave the maths to you. Hound compares your run with your target the whole way and tells you exactly where you stand: "20 seconds ahead." "On pace." No mental arithmetic while you run.

SYNC WITH STRAVA (OPTIONAL)
Connect your Strava account and upload the runs you choose, or turn on automatic uploads and every finished run goes straight to Strava.
