Taste Africa, one dish at a time.

SAHANI is your guide to the rich food cultures of the African continent — from Cameroon's Ndolé to Ethiopia's Doro Wat. Explore authentic dishes from 15 African countries — each with its story, cultural context, recipe and nutrition facts. More dishes and countries to come.
