The official app for Crewsaders Ltd crew. Manage your bookings, log your time, stay in the loop with the team, and get ready for every gig — all from one place.

If you're working with Crewsaders, this app is where everything comes together: from joining the team, to picking up shifts, to closing them out at the end of a long day.

PLAN YOUR WORK
• See all your upcoming jobs on a calendar view, at a glance
• Open any job for full details — venue, call time, brief, and chief contact
• Mark yourself available or unavailable so the office knows when you're around
• Get push notifications for new bookings, schedule changes, and reminders that matter

ON THE DAY
• Walk into every gig prepared with the pre-shift checklist
• Work through it on your phone, no clipboard required
• Message your crew chief or the office if anything changes
• Flag finished-early so timesheets stay accurate

AFTER THE SHIFT
• Submit your hours via the timesheet in seconds
• Give honest, fast feedback on the client, the venue, and the rest of the crew
• Crew chiefs can complete feedback for their team, all from the app
• Raise timesheet issues directly with the office

STAY SHARP
• Track your probation progress as a new crew member
• Order branded uniform from the Crewsaders merch shop, straight from your phone
• Read What's New to keep up with company updates
• Support the causes the team backs — including Marathon Man's 30 marathons for mental health

JOINING THE TEAM?
• Complete the full onboarding flow in the app: your details, experience, competency questions and references
• No email back-and-forth — get verified on your phone
• Start picking up shifts the moment you're approved

BUILT FOR CREW, BY CREWSADERS
The Crew app talks directly to the Crewsaders office. The hours you log here are the hours that get paid. The feedback you give shapes future bookings. The notifications you get are the ones that actually matter to you.

Crewsaders Ltd has been delivering reliable, professional event crew for years. This app is how we stay on the same page, wherever the next gig takes you.

This app is for Crewsaders crew only. If you're not on our books and want to join the team, head to crewsaders.com.
