DGTL.HERMES Phone turns your Android phone into your business phone. It is the app for DGTL.HERMES, the business telephony and email service run by DGTL.ONE in Stuttgart, Germany — companies, agencies, practices and self-employed professionals across Europe put their phone numbers on it. Sign in with your DGTL.HERMES address and the app takes care of the rest. There is nothing to set up and no credentials to enter anywhere.

Incoming calls reach you even when the app is closed. They ring like any ordinary call: full screen on the lock screen, with the name from your address book. When you place a call yourself, the person on the other end sees your business number and not your private one.

Both stay separate, without carrying a second phone around with you.

WHO IT IS FOR

Anyone whose business line runs on DGTL.HERMES — a single number for a one-person business just as much as a complete phone system with extensions, ring groups, queues and call flows for a company of a hundred. Every customer has an account of their own, and everyone working there signs in with their own address.

BECOMING A CUSTOMER

DGTL.HERMES is open to any company, agency or self-employed professional. Existing numbers can be carried over, new ones issued. Ask us for a quote at support@dgtl.one or +49 711 234 303 0 and we will set your line up with you.

Numbers, users and phone systems are administered in the web console at hermes.dgtl.hosting. That is why the app asks for nothing but your sign-in — and why it works with a DGTL.HERMES account only, not with credentials from another provider.
