Lever is an AI workout planner for home and gym. It builds a science-based workout plan around your schedule, equipment and experience, then runs every session for you: the exercises, the sets, the reps and exactly how much weight to lift. The plan adapts to your results every week. You train. Lever does the thinking.

WORKS AT HOME AND IN THE GYM
• Full gym, small gym or home workout: strength training built from the equipment you actually have.
• Barbell, machines or dumbbells: the plan uses the equipment you have.
• For men and women, from your first day in the gym to intermediate lifting.
• Rack taken? Swap the exercise mid-session and the plan keeps going.

A WORKOUT PLAN THAT DOES THE THINKING
• Answer a short quiz and get a structured training block: full body, upper/lower or push/pull/legs.
• Pick your goal: build muscle, get stronger or lose weight. The program is built around it, your equipment and your schedule.
• Every session is laid out in order. No choosing exercises, no wondering what comes next.
• Built on proven, evidence-based strength training principles: progressive overload, planned deloads and per-exercise progression.
• An AI personal trainer and gym coach that plans every session, picks every weight and adjusts the plan to how your sets actually went.

WEIGHTS PICKED FOR YOU
• New to an exercise? Do one trial set, rate it easy, just right or hard, and your working weight is set. No max testing, no percentage tables.
• Complete your sets and Lever raises the weight next time. Struggle repeatedly and it deloads that lift, so you keep progressing instead of stalling.
• Every exercise progresses at its own pace, whatever your fitness level.

A SESSION SCREEN BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR
• One set at a time: weight, reps, done.
• Rest timer that notifies you even with the screen off.
• Warm-up ramps calculated from your working weight.
• Plate calculator, so the bar is loaded right the first time.

A WORKOUT TRACKER THAT FILLS ITSELF IN
• Every set is saved the moment you finish it: a gym log with no typing.
• Personal records, working-weight charts for every lift and your full workout log.
• Training calendar and weekly muscle map show what you've trained and what you've missed.

LEVELS, STREAKS AND PRS
• Your program is a journey: every week is a level on the map, and finishing it unlocks the next.
• Streaks and personal records keep score.

BUILD YOUR OWN WORKOUTS
• 870+ exercises with step-by-step instructions, from bodyweight moves to barbell lifts and machines.
• Create custom workouts in the workout planner: pick exercises by muscle group, set your sets, rep ranges and rest times.
• Kilograms or pounds, your choice.

PRIVATE, OFFLINE, NO SIGN-UP
• From quiz to first session in about two minutes. No account, no setup.
• Your training data stays on your phone. Works as a fully offline workout app; a connection is only needed to subscribe.

FREE VS PRO
Your first two program levels, about two weeks of training, are free with everything unlocked: the full exercise library, rest timer, warm-up ramps, plate calculator, weight calibration and all progress screens, plus one custom workout of your own.
Lever Pro continues your program from level 3 and removes the custom workout limit. Monthly, 6-month and annual subscriptions through Google Play.
