DasherTainment is a communication and driver-assistance app built for delivery and gig drivers.

It combines themed customer messaging with practical tools designed to help drivers communicate more easily, evaluate offers, track shifts, and stay aware of conditions that can affect a delivery.

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

DasherTainment helps turn ordinary delivery updates into memorable customer messages.

Use the DasherTainment Keyboard to quickly access themed artwork and prepared messages while communicating with customers. Drivers remain in control of what is sent and can review messages before sending them.

Features include:
• Themed delivery-status artwork
• Messages for common delivery situations
• Shopping and substitution updates
• Waiting and delay messages
• Multiple-delivery updates
• Delivery-complete messages
• Favorites for quicker access to preferred themes
• Holiday and specialty theme collections
• Custom quick-message tools

DasherTainment is designed to reduce repetitive typing while adding personality to customer communication.

GIGPILOT DRIVER TOOLS

GigPilot adds tools designed to help gig drivers make more informed decisions during a shift.

Depending on the features enabled, GigPilot can provide:
• Offer analysis using pay, mileage, items, estimated time, and other available information
• Screenshot-based offer analysis with manual-entry backup
• Shift tracking
• Delivery and earnings totals
• Earnings tracking by platform
• Acceptance and completion tracking tools
• Traffic information
• Train-delay awareness
• Vehicle and fuel-related tools
• Optional compatible OBD vehicle-data features

These tools are intended to assist the driver. DasherTainment does not accept, decline, or complete delivery offers on the driver's behalf.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE

DasherTainment includes an optional GigPilot Auto Offer Capture feature that uses Android's AccessibilityService API.

When enabled by the user, the Accessibility Service detects supported delivery-offer screens and reads visible offer information so that the information can be used with GigPilot's offer-analysis features.

Use of the Accessibility Service is optional.

Before the feature can be used, the user is shown an in-app disclosure explaining how the Accessibility Service is used. The user must then manually enable the service through Android's Accessibility settings.

The Accessibility Service does not automatically accept or decline delivery offers, send customer messages, change device settings, or prevent the user from disabling the service.

Users can disable the Accessibility Service at any time through Android settings.

DRIVER CONTROL AND SAFETY

DasherTainment is designed so the driver remains in control of app actions and customer communications.

Drivers should configure and interact with DasherTainment only when safely parked or otherwise able to use their device safely. DasherTainment is not intended for interaction while actively driving.

DasherTainment is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any delivery or gig-work platform.

Creating smiles. Delivering moments.
