Topsight helps you see the wood and the trees.

Big-picture apps lose the detail. Task apps lose the plot. Topsight connects both: a flexible five-year mission and the evolving goals beneath it, right beside today's work, so the little things you do add up to the big things you aspire to.

PLAN - your mission, and the work under it

Start with why you are doing the work: where you want to be in five years, and the goals that, if achieved, will represent getting there. Expect it to change. Over the next few months the work itself will show you where your priorities actually are.

Under the mission sit your ventures. A venture is an activity with an end date, made of deliverables: buckets of related actions with a length in working days. Topsight lays them end to end from the start date on a Gantt-style roadmap, so your own estimates show where the venture lands. Drag a deliverable above another and the dates re-lay around the new order. Rebase all restacks every venture on the timeline at once, staggering their starts by priority and by how many you have chosen to run at a time.

DO - your day, in one place

Now is your daily command centre. It shows the current deliverable of each active venture, the areas you have flagged, checklists falling due, urgent actions and today's routines. Anything you capture by reminder or quick add waits in Filing until you file it.

Drag an action onto the day's timeline to timebox it. The block is how long you will dedicate to it that day, not how long the whole job will take.

CYCLES AND ROUTINES - the work that never finishes

Not everything has an end date. A cycle is an ongoing activity, split between Work and Life, and inside it are silos: areas you are responsible for rather than finish. Cycles shows where the work is piling up, so you can flag a silo that needs attention and have it surface on Now.

Routines are the recurring actions and habits you want to keep, with a target of everyday, weekly or monthly. A checklist is a repeatable list you can reset and run again: assign it to today and it appears on Now, or leave it undated until you need it.

REVIEW - what actually happened

Horizon's gauges show where the work is stacking up across ventures, cycles and routines: what you have done, and what is left to do. Week, Month and Later show what is coming.

Once a month Topsight prompts you to read your Reflection: what you finished, the routines you kept and the ones you missed, and how your effort fell between Work and Life, with an AI analysis from your own provider if you want one. Read it, and adapt the mission and goals as things become clearer.

The logbook holds the record of everything you have finished, newest first. Topsight awards kudos for work done, and higher-effort work earns more.
