The HONE app, powered by Gold’s Gym, uses innovative AI technology to elevate your personal training experience. Every workout, insight, and recommendation is tailored exclusively to you. With the HONE app, training is built around your body, your data, and your goals.

Start with how you move.

Point your camera. Move naturally. In seconds, HONE analyzes your mobility, range of motion, stability, and imbalances—creating a personalized movement score and profile your trainer can use to guide your program. No guesswork. Just objective data that everything else is built on.

Workouts that evolve with you.

Your trainer doesn’t have to rely on memory or guesswork. HONE builds and updates your workouts using your assessment, goals, and performance data so that your program stays aligned with your progress. Follow your plan, log your reps, sets, and weights, and keep your training moving forward between sessions.

Insights you can actually use.

Know exactly what’s improving and what needs work. HONE turns your performance and movement data into clear, actionable insights that you and your trainer can use to make smarter decisions and keep you training safely and effectively.

Nutrition that supports your goals.

Go beyond the gym to get personalized nutrition guidance, meal planning, and tracking aligned with your goals. Get the information you need so that your results don’t stall outside the gym.

Recovery, connected.

Already using a wearable? HONE syncs with devices like Apple Watch and WHOOP to turn your sleep, strain, and recovery into meaningful scores. Your trainer gets a clearer picture of how you’re recovering, so your training stays optimized.

Coaching that’s always on.
Stay connected between sessions. Ask Borelli AI for instant answers on training, nutrition, and recovery, or message your trainer directly—so you’re never on your own.

You put in the work.
HONE makes sure it counts.
