Tempo answers one question: did you close your three today?

It reads the steps and workouts your phone and watch already record in Health Connect or Samsung Health, and scores three daily goals.

INTERVALS
Six bursts of 500 steps inside 10 minutes, roughly an hour apart. Ten thousand steps can still mean nine hours in a chair. Intervals measure whether you moved across the day, not just once.

STEPS
10,000 in the day.

WORKOUTS
One session of 30 minutes or more. A warm-up, a main set and a cool-down recorded back to back count as one session.

Close all three and the day is perfect.

WHAT YOU SEE
• Today: three rings, and one sentence that says what is left.
• Intervals: every window that landed, when the next one opens, and how many still fit before 10 pm.
• Trends: perfect days, your current and longest runs, and close rates by week, month and year, with a day-by-day grid and the weekdays you close most often.
• Workouts: the last seven days, with split sessions grouped into one.
• Notifications: at most three a day, never after a goal closes, with quiet hours and a weekly recap. All optional.

ONE SOURCE AT A TIME
Choose Health Connect or Samsung Health, and switch in Settings whenever you like. Samsung Health also writes into Health Connect, so Tempo reads one of them, never both, and a walk is never counted twice.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Read-only. Tempo asks for permission to read steps and exercise, and never writes back.
• Your health data stays on your phone. No account, no sign-up.
• Free. No subscription, no ads, no in-app purchases.

Tempo adds no sensors and asks for no logging. It reports what happened and gets out of the way.
