DOV is the employee app for organisations running DeveloperOneView. Check in for the day, request leave, work through your tasks and see your pay details — without chasing anyone in HR.

ATTENDANCE
Check in and out from your phone. The app confirms you are at a workplace your employer has approved, so your attendance record is accurate from the first minute. See your break status, working hours and shift at a glance.

LEAVE
Apply for leave in a few taps, see your balance before you commit, and follow the approval as it moves. No forms, no email threads.

TASKS
See what is assigned to you, what is due, and what is waiting on someone else. Add notes, set dates and close work off as you go.

LOCATION WHILE YOU ARE CHECKED IN
When you check in from the app, your location is shared with your employer until you check out, so client visits and site work are recorded without separate paperwork. It stops the moment you check out and does not run outside your checked-in hours.

MEETINGS
Join the meetings you are invited to, read the minutes afterwards, and pick up any task that came out of them.

YOUR RECORD
Profile, reporting line, work location, joining date and tenure — all current, because it comes from the same system HR uses. Salary details stay hidden behind a tap.

ORGANISATION
See the org chart and find who does what. Refer someone for an open role directly from the app.

NOTIFICATIONS
Reminders before you are marked late, alerts when a leave request moves, and a nudge when a task is due.

DOV is provided to employees by their organisation. You will need an account from your employer to sign in — the app does not offer self-registration.
