Two apps for one body. That is the problem.

If you lift and you track what you eat, you are running a workout log and a
calorie counter side by side, paying for both, and hoping they agree. Your
training app does not know you are in a deficit. Your nutrition app does not
know you squatted heavy today. Neither one adjusts. GRIT is both, in one
place, and they actually talk to each other.

BRING YOUR HISTORY WITH YOU
The reason you have not switched apps is your data, so start by keeping it.
Export your log, hand GRIT the CSV, and your lifts come across. Your PRs,
estimated 1RMs and progress charts are populated the moment the import
finishes. No empty app. No three months of rebuilding history before it is
useful again. GRIT then reads that history back to you and tells you which
lifts are stalling and which are still climbing. Your food diary imports too.

TARGETS THAT ADAPT TO YOUR RESULTS
GRIT learns your real maintenance calories from what you actually ate and how
your weight actually moved, then adjusts your calories and macros every week.
Not a formula based on your height and age. Your numbers, from your data.

NUTRITION, MADE FAST
• Log meals in seconds: search a large food database or scan a barcode
• Snap a photo and let GRIT estimate the macros
• Track calories, protein, carbs, fat and water at a glance
• Save your go-to foods and custom meals

WORKOUTS THAT PROGRESS
• Build a weekly split, or have one built for you from your history
• Smart progression tells you exactly what weight and reps to beat
• Swap or modify any exercise on the fly
• Follow along with exercise how-to videos

SEE REAL PROGRESS
• A smoothed weight-trend chart that cuts through daily noise
• Per-lift estimated 1RM charts and trends, derived from every session
• Every coach adjustment tracked over time
• Daily streaks to keep you consistent

A COACH YOU CAN TALK TO
Ask it like you would ask a trainer. "Log my lunch." "Plan today's workout."
"Am I hitting my protein?" It logs the food, builds the session, and answers
with your real numbers instead of making you dig through menus.

Health Connect (optional): Connect Health Connect to sync your daily steps, active calories, exercise sessions, body weight, and body fat percentage. GRIT uses your real activity to keep your daily calorie and macro goals accurate, shows calories burned broken down by activity (running, cycling, strength training, and more), and can automatically import weigh-ins from connected devices.

GRIT can also write your GRIT workouts, logged weight and body fat, food, and water intake to Health Connect, so your fitness and nutrition data can be available to your watch and other health apps. Health Connect is completely optional and can be turned on or off anytime from Settings → Health Connect.

GRIT works offline, and your data backs up securely so it is ready on any
device.

Stop paying for two apps that ignore each other.
