Your attention didn’t wander off on its own. Between doomscrolling and short-form video, brain rot and brain fog have become the everyday words for a very familiar feeling. Reset is a science-backed brain training app built to fight both. We pair real cognitive exercises with a distraction-free focus timer to give you a structured, gamified path back to a sharper mind.

Whether you want to boost your speed reading, strengthen working memory, support an ADHD focus routine, or just stop doomscrolling, Reset works like a personal gym for your brain.

CORE BRAIN TRAINING EXERCISES

• Schulte Table (Eye Training): The classic Schulte table exercise for peripheral vision and speed reading. Locate numbers in sequence on a randomized grid to process information faster and widen your visual field.
• Pattern Memory: A spatial memory game where you watch a sequence flash across the grid, then reproduce it. One of several memory games in our brain training app built to train working memory and sequential recall.
• Color Match (Stroop Effect): The classic Stroop test. Tap the color of the ink, not the word it spells, to sharpen cognitive inhibition and executive function under time pressure.
• Word Focus: A selective attention drill designed to fight brain fog. Find every instance of a target word hidden among visually similar distractors.
• Breathe: Guided box breathing that settles your nervous system before starting your focus timer or taking a hard reset after an anxious afternoon.

DEEP WORK, PROGRESS, AND FOCUS

• Deep Work Focus Timer: A built-in focus timer that blocks out digital distractions, built on proven deep work and productivity principles.
• Structured Progression: Ten levels per cognitive exercise, each harder than the last, so you are always brain training at the edge of your ability instead of repeating an easy round.
• Streak Tracking: Build momentum with daily streaks and detailed focus analytics. Watch the brain fog lift and screen time habits shift over weeks, not just single sessions.

WHY CHOOSE RESET

Reset draws on cognitive training methods used by speed readers, psychologists, and attention researchers; not filler games with a coat of paint.
The app features three meticulously designed themes (Light, Dark, and Classic Green) and is completely ad-free, so nothing competes for the attention you are trying to rebuild.

Students cramming for exams, professionals doing deep work, speed readers, and anyone who needs ADHD focus structure instead of relying on willpower alone will find a home here.

Spend less time doomscrolling and more time in deep work. Download Reset and start your brain training today.
