If something happens to your car, how can someone contact you?

You left a window open. You forgot to turn off your headlights. Your car is blocking an entrance. Someone notices damage or an incident involving your vehicle.

These are situations you would want to know about as soon as possible.

Driverphone gives people a simple way to contact you about your vehicle, without requiring you to make your personal phone number public.

Add your vehicle to Driverphone and choose how you want people to reach you when they need to get in touch.

◆ Receive calls through your license plate number

With Driverphone, your vehicle's license plate number becomes a way for people to contact you.

If your vehicle is registered with Driverphone, others can reach you using the contact methods you have enabled.

You can even receive calls through the platform without revealing your personal phone number.

◆ Need to contact another driver?

Search for a license plate number in Driverphone.

If the vehicle is registered and calling is available, you can initiate contact through the platform using only its license plate number.

◆ Scan the Driverphone sticker

If a vehicle has a Driverphone sticker, getting in touch is even easier.

Scan the QR code to access the contact methods enabled for that vehicle.

You can scan the code and contact the driver directly from your browser, without installing the Driverphone app.

◆ Choose how people can contact you

Instead of leaving your phone number on a piece of paper behind your windshield, you can use Driverphone.

Choose which contact methods are available and change them whenever you want, without replacing the sticker on your vehicle.

This way, your personal phone number can remain private.

◆ Leave a message when you park

You can display a message associated with your vehicle, visible to people who search for your license plate number or scan your QR sticker.

For example, you can let others know that you'll be back in 30 minutes.

Choose a predefined message or write your own.

◆ Receive reports about your vehicle

Has someone noticed a problem with your car?

Through Driverphone, they can send you a report about an incident or a situation that needs your attention.

You can also receive messages from people who want to contact you about your vehicle.
