WhenTimeIsUp is your digital safety net that speaks for you when you can no longer do it yourself.

The principle is as simple as it is vital: The app automatically sends a pre-written message to your trusted contacts unless you actively prevent it.

Whether it is important passwords, account details, a final will, or just a deeply personal message for emergencies – you decide the content and the recipients.

How does WhenTimeIsUp work?

1. Write your message:
Securely store the information in the app that your loved ones should receive in case of an emergency.

2. Activate the timer:
Set your preferred safety interval (e.g., a few hours, several days, weeks, months, or even years).

3. Automatic protection:
As long as everything is fine, you simply reset the timer with a single tap in the app, preventing the message from being sent. However, if you fail to check in on time – because something happened to you – the system takes over. Once the timer expires, our server automatically and reliably delivers your message to your contacts via email.

Why choose WhenTimeIsUp?
• Maximum control: As long as you check in, your message remains completely private. It is only released if you stop responding.
• No dusty paperwork: Manage your emergency backup, crucial information, or final wishes in a modern, digital, and secure way right on your smartphone.
• Reliable & Discrete: Zero data sharing with third parties.

Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your most important words will reach the right people exactly when they are needed most.

Your smartphone only requires an active internet connection for the regular check-in (resetting the timer). The actual countdown and the dispatch of your message are handled securely and fully automatically on our server, completely independent of your phone – even if your device is turned off or offline.
