Relief is a migraine diary that also watches the weather.

Track an attack as it happens, and see how the conditions around you line up with the days you feel worst — pressure, temperature, humidity, wind, air quality and pollen, with your sleep and heart data if you choose to connect them.

TRACK AN ATTACK AS IT HAPPENS
• One tap to start: early signs, aura or headache
• Relief follows the stages with you — early signs, aura, headache, recovery — with a timer for each
• Say how bad it is, mark where it hurts on a head map, add symptoms and a note
• Log a dose in one tap, with your own time between doses and daily limit shown
• Add a past migraine in three short steps
• Edit or delete anything later

A DAILY MIGRAINE RISK FORECAST
• One number for today, from the weather where you are and your own history
• "Why this score" shows what is raising it and what is lowering it
• The next 24 hours, hour by hour, and the coming days
• On higher-risk days, a short list of what helps you, to tick off

HISTORY AND A REPORT FOR YOUR DOCTOR
• A calendar of your migraines and the details of every attack
• A PDF report for an appointment: migraine days, attack length, worst pain, medicine days, symptoms and a month-by-month calendar

TRENDS
• Migraines by month, typical length and peak pain
• Which symptoms come with your attacks, and at which stage
• Days with acute medication this month
• The weather your attacks fell in, and when in the day they start

WIDGETS AND REMINDERS
• Three home screen widgets: your risk, your next step during an attack, your day
• A live notification while you track, with the stage's own buttons
• A daily check-in, "Is it helping?" two hours after a dose, and alerts ahead of a high-risk day

OPTIONAL HEALTH CONNECT
Connect Health Connect and Relief will also read your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and periods to sharpen the picture. This data is used on your device to calculate your risk and is never transmitted anywhere. You can use the whole app without it.

BUILT PRIVATE
• No account, no sign-up, no password
• Your migraine log, notes and the personal model live only on your device
• Only your approximate location is sent out, to look up the weather
• Clear everything at any time from Settings
