Stop logging workouts post-factum. Plan from the top down.

Prime Engine is a reverse workout planner, tonnage tracker, and calorie volume calculator engineered for athletes, calisthenics practitioners, and data-driven lifters who demand objective precision in their training.

Instead of guessing your sets in the gym and writing them down after the fact, you define your target output upfront: volume (tonnage or active calories), available time, and muscle focus. Prime Engine mathematically constructs a safe, optimized, and effective training session tailored to your equipment and experience level.

REVERSE WORKOUT PLANNING: TONNAGE OR CALORIES
Traditional fitness logs only record what you already lifted. Prime Engine operates in reverse:
• Choose Your Target Metric: Set your workout goal by total volume (KG or LBS) or target active calorie expenditure (KCAL). The built-in energy calculator translates mechanical work and metabolic burn into exact sets and repetitions.
• Set Your Time Budget: Define your session duration from 15 to 120 minutes.
• Distribute Muscle Focus: Adjust muscle group proportions with sliders (e.g., 50% Chest, 25% Back, 25% Quads).
The generation algorithm prioritizes multi-joint compound movements over isolation to close your volume or calorie target efficiently, while enforcing limits to prevent joint strain and central nervous system (CNS) overtraining.

REAL LOAD FOR BODYWEIGHT & CALISTHENICS
In standard workout trackers, bodyweight exercises add 0 kg to your stats. Prime Engine bridges this gap.
Using biomechanical load ratios, every calisthenics movement is calculated as real training volume based on your actual body weight:
• Push-ups account for ~65% of your body weight per repetition.
• Pull-ups account for ~95% of your body weight per repetition.
• Dips account for ~90% of your body weight per repetition.
• Isometric static holds (planks, hollow body) convert time under tension into equivalent workload.
Finally, your calisthenics, dumbbells, and heavy barbells live inside a single, unified volume metric.

PHYSIOLOGICAL SAFETY & REST AUDIT
Pushing high volume too fast compromises form and strains connective tissue:
• The engine automatically factors in mandatory, safe rest intervals (60–180 seconds) between sets.
• If your target tonnage or calorie goal cannot physically be achieved within your chosen time without cutting rest intervals, Prime Engine preserves your recovery: it alerts you and safely adjusts the session duration.

EQUIPMENT PRIORITIZATION & CUSTOM SETUPS
Train with whatever equipment is available:
• Presets: Full Gym, Home Gym, Calisthenics Park, or Pure Bodyweight.
• Equipment ranking: prioritize barbells first, dumbbells second, cables third.
• The generator strictly excludes any movements requiring equipment outside your current setup.

ACTIVE WORKOUT LOGGER & CHRONOMETER
• Circular dial chronometer with live set and rest progress tracking.
• Audio and vibration cues for intervals and halfway checkpoints.
• Lock-screen controls: mark sets completed, skip, or pause directly from your system notification without unlocking your phone.
• State persistence: active sessions resume down to the exact second even if the app process is closed.

MUSCLE MATRIX & RECOVERY TRACKING
• Real-time breakdown across Primary Movers, Synergists, and Stabilizers.
• Muscle recovery tracking based on training history to visualize muscle readiness.
• Volume distribution charts showing workload share per muscle group.

OFFLINE-FIRST & PRIVATE
• 100% offline: zero mandatory cloud accounts or remote collection of your biometric data.
• Powered entirely by a local database on your device.
• Export and import standalone JSON backups at any time.
