FlexScan is the AI-powered contact capture platform built for modern sales teams. Stop manually typing contact details — scan any business card, QR code, or NFC tag and let FlexScan's AI extract and organise every detail in seconds, then sync it directly to your Salesforce org as a lead.

SCAN BUSINESS CARDS WITH AI
Point your camera at any business card. FlexScan's AI instantly reads and structures the contact — name, job title, company, email, phone, website, address, and any custom fields your company has configured. Review, edit, and save in one tap.

SCAN QR CODES & NFC TAGS
Scan VCard QR codes or tap NFC-enabled business cards to capture contact details instantly. The same powerful workflow — review, edit, sync, save, or share.

SYNC TO SALESFORCE IN ONE TAP
Connect your Salesforce account once and every scanned contact syncs as a Lead with a single tap. Custom fields map directly to your Salesforce object fields, so your CRM data stays clean and consistent.

CREATE YOUR OWN DIGITAL BUSINESS CARD
Build a professional digital business card inside the app. Upload your logo or take a photo, fill in your details, choose a template, and share it as an image or push it to Salesforce — all in under a minute.

WORKS OFFLINE
No signal? No problem. Scan and save contacts to local storage when offline. The moment your connection returns, sync everything to Salesforce from the Local Save screen.

SHARE ANYWHERE
Send any captured contact via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any installed app using the native iOS share sheet. Save directly to your iPhone's Contacts with a single tap.

BUILT FOR TEAMS
FlexScan is managed through a web-based Company Admin Panel. Your administrator controls user access, configures your Salesforce credentials, defines custom capture fields with default values, manages subscription seats, and handles support — all without a new app release.
